Check Out These Activities This Month in Western Pennsylvania!
Beaver County Boom: Come enjoy this early Independence Day celebration at Beaver and Ohio Rivers in Beaver County. Organized by PUSH Beaver County, this event will feature a stunning fireworks display and also some concessions. Many are saying that you’ll get the best vantage point at the new Bridgewater Park.

Three Rivers Art Festival: During Pittsburgh’s official launch of summer, you and your family can enjoy live music performance, visual arts, an artists market, hands-on activities and more! The Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival runs for 10 days so there will be plenty of time to check it out with the family!

Chili Cook-Off & Brew Fest: From chili and beer tastings, arts and crafts, live entertainment and more – this event has it all! During Nemacolin’s 3rd Five Alarm Mountain Madness Chili Cook-Off & Brewfest, celebrity judges will assess contestants’ chilis in three categories: Red Chili, Chili Verde and Salsa! Come out and enjoy the fun with your entire family! And the best part is, proceeds will help support the Farmington Volunteer Fire Department.

Herb & Garden Fair: If there’s a green thumb in your family, this event is for them! During the annual Historic Harmony Museum’s Herb & Garden Fair, you and your family will have a chance to trade potted plants, buy heritage vegetables/flowers as well as get expert answers to all of your gardening questions. Lunch will also be available.
